Project Manager

An experienced Project Manager to join its Wireless Division – Potential candidate will be responsible for proactively managing projects in the Wireless Industry with clients within the scope of budget of the project.  Responsibilities include working as the primary client contact, coordinating project timelines and internal coordination with the drafting, accounting staff, field/audit teams and project coordinator, as well as task planning, resource scheduling and financial monitoring.

Required skills include a minimum of 5-10 years project management experience in the wireless/technology, construction or similar field.  Engineering background a plus.   Ideal candidate will have good organizational skills and strong attention to detail and should be an independent, hardworking, self-motivated professional.

Entry & Mid Level Structural Engineer

Our Structural Department is looking for an entry and mid-level structural engineer to join our office

Potential candidate(s) will report to the head of the Structural Department and should have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of wood, steel, and concrete structural design. Responsibilities will include performing structural site walks, identifying structures, preparing structural CADD details, and performing structural analyses.

Required skills include a minimum of 0-3 (entry-level) or 5-7 (mid-level) years of relevant engineering education and preferably a B.S. in Civil Engineering, EIT minimum.   Candidate needs to be fluent with AutoCad software.  This person should have a working knowledge of the following programs:  Bentley’s RAM Elements (Finite Elements Analysis Program), Strucalc 8.0 (Wood, Steel Beam Analysis Program), LG Beamer (Cold-Formed Steel Beam Program), AISI WINN (Cold-Formed Steel Frame Design), and Tnx Tower (Tower Analysis Program).

Wireless CADD Designer

Our wireless division is seeking CADD Designers.

Potential candidates will be responsible for turning initial rough field sketches/designs into working documents using CADD; reviewing engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards, and conducting field work, including but not limited to, measuring and providing field sketches.

Required skills include a minimum of 3-5 years of AutoCad experience and training; Microsoft Office familiarity, good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.  Our ideal candidate is an independent, hard working, self motivated professional that would enjoy working in a small office on a variety of commercial / industrial projects that are designed and developed by our firm.

Electrical Engineer

Opportunity for experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing A/E firm in North Andover, MA.

Responsible for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm and protections systems, emergency and standby power supply designs in accordance to all applicable codes and standards as well as performing site surveys during construction and doing engineering studies of existing buildings. Experience with software tools such as Revit is preferred. Should have strong analytical ability and good verbal and written communication skills. Projects are in commercial, telecom, science and technology, government, Academic and specialty sectors.  8-12 yrs. experience in MEP consulting and experience with building owners and Architects necessary. PE is preferred.

Lead Architect

Dynamic Engineering & Architectural Firm is looking for a Lead Architect to join our office.

Potential candidate will report to the head of the Architecture Department and should be licensed or on a path to becoming a licensed Architect. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, have a professional degree in architecture and possess excellent technical and design skills.  Looking for a candidate that can grow w/ this position eventually taking over the Architecture Department and supervising junior personnel.

Required skills include a minimum of 10+ years of relevant architecture education and experience.   Candidate needs to be fluent with AutoCad software, and some experience w/ REVIT a plus.  This person should have experience in team leadership, developing construction documents and detailing complex building systems, as well as working clients.  This position requires the flexibility to participate in both commercial and telecom projects.
